During our four night stay, we splurged for a suite. The extra space certainly enhanced our comfort. In addition to the en-suite bedroom, there was a separate living room and another bathroom. We were on the 21st floor, not particularly high by Hong Kong standards. Outside views were nice since the curved building gave us views to the west and the southwest. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great being directly across the road from the Tin Hau MTR station (Hong Kong’s subway system) from where you can go pretty much anywhere. The taxi stand is also a very short walk away, even with luggage. The price, when compared to similar hotels, was not too exorbitant. We will likely stay here again on our next visit to Hong Kong.

Overall experience was excellent. We stayed in this hotel last year and found we like it a lot. We came for the second time and this time was 15 nights. Room is spacious enough for opening 2 large luggages at the same time. Location is good close to downtown shopping area in walking distance. The staff were polite, proactive, helpful and friendly. Always provided with good solutions. Room had been always cleaned up daily. We had night flight retuning home. They are so nice to allow us having a shower at the gym when we pick up our luggage before our long haul.

I loved my stay at the hotel. The staff are amazing. Andy at the front desk is wonderful. And also the staff at the concierge desk. So friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect. 1 step away from the MTR. A walk away from Victoria Park and Causeway Bay. Very safe area. The room was perfect for me. Clean. Spacious. There was a Coffee and Tea maker. I checked out after 2 nights to sleep in their sister hotel in Kowloon but after 1 night decided that I predered the HK side. I came back to the hotel and they suprised me with a suite.

Great stuff (reception is more than helpful, coz they also help us with planning our short trip to Macao) . Room service also takes attention to details. Great location, many reviews that distance to Metro station takes 5 mins🙄but it’s just opposite to hotel😅just need to cross a road from Tin Hau station. If you want to feel Hongkong vibe just take a breakfast near the hotel, there is a place with complex breakfast/lunch/dinner (depends on time you want have some food) just near the Watsons. And many restaurants arround,

Location was excellent, 1-min walk to the MTR exit, plenty of bus/tram options, and there was a Circle K convenience store just across from the hotel, and other food options nearby as well. Rooms were clean, spacious and well-furnished, high floor with a great view, TV worked fine, bed was comfy, wardrobe had ample space. Amenities were decent, with a pool and gym, though the gym had limited machines and pool was rather small. Staff and concierge service was good, they were helpful when we had questions.
